  • Q2: Do Everyday Raw Anywhere gently dried bags and raw bones count? Absolutely! 85 g or 400 g gently dried raw bags, and frozen raw bones bring your pet one step closer to their free reward.
     

  • Q3: Can I mix and match proteins? You bet! You can mix and match any recipes within the same product line and size — your free item will match what you buy most. For example, if you’re purchasing 1 lb Everyday Raw single trays, you’ll need to buy 12 of the 1 lb trays (any protein) to earn your free reward.
     

  • Q4: How long do I have to redeem my free product? You have 12 months from your first qualifying purchase.
     

  • Q5: Where can I redeem my free reward? At the same participating retailer where you earned it. To find pet specialty stores near you that participate in the program, visit our Store Locator and use the “Shopping Features” filter — then select “Frequent Buyer” to see all eligible locations.

  • Buy 12, Get 1 Free: Buy 12 of the same product line and size (singles, cases, bags, or bones) and get the 13th free — based on your most frequently purchased product.
     

  • Mix & Match Proteins: You can mix and match any recipes or proteins within the same product line and size. Example: If you purchase 5 chicken and 7 beef, your free item will be beef, since it’s the most frequently purchased.
     

  • Eligible Product Lines: 
    - Everyday Raw for Dogs: 1 lb singles, 6 lb / 8 lb cases, and 12 lb bulk boxes
    - Foundations Raw for Dogs & Cats: 1 lb singles, 6 lb / 8 lb cases, and 12 lb bulk boxes
    - Deli Dinners for Dogs: 1 lb singles and 6 lb cases
    - Raw Bones: Singles only — bulk bones excluded
    - Everyday Raw Anywhere: Gently dried bags 85 g and 400 g
     

  • Redemption Window: You have 12 months from your first qualifying purchase to complete your card and redeem your reward.
     

  • In-Store Only: Rewards are tracked and redeemed at the same participating retailer. Purchases from different stores can’t be combined.
     

  • Combining Offers: Manufacturer coupons, giveaways, and free promos don’t count toward frequent buyer rewards. Store-level discounts still qualify.
     

  • Rewards are product-only, non-transferable, and must be redeemed at the original store.
